20/80 Rule

just want to shre something that i really feel good to share with you guys... IMPORTANT notes that all couple in this world should remember... and it's call 20/80 rule
In most cases, especially in relationships, you will only get 80% of what you NEED and you will hardly get the other 20% that you WANT in your relationship. There is always another person (man or women) that you will meet and that will offer you the other 20% which is lacking in your relationship that you WANT and believe me, 20% looks really good when you are not getting it at all in your current relationship.

But the problem is that you will always be tempted to leave that good 80% that you know you have, thinking that you will get something better with the other 20% that you WANT . But as reality has proven, in most cases, you will always end up with having the 20% that you WANT and loosing the 80% that you really NEED and that you already had.

Be careful in deciding between what you WANT and NEED in your life.Adultery happens when you start looking for what you don't have. 'Wow, this girl in my office is a real looker.
Somewhere along the way, you'll find a woman or a man who will be more charming or sensitive. More alluring. More thoughtful. Richer. Have greater sex appeal. And you will find a woman or man who will need you and pursue you and go loco over you more than your spouse ever did.
Because no wife or husband is perfect. Because a spouse will only have 80% of what you're looking for. So adultery takes place when a husband or wife looks for the missing 20%.

Let's say your wife is melancholic by nature. You may find yourself drawn to the pretty clerk who has a cherry laugh no matter what she says: 'I broke my arm yesterday, Hahahaha . . ...' Or because your wife is a homebody in slippers and pajamas, smelling of garlic and fish oil, you may fall for a fresh-smelling young sales representative that visits your office in a sharp black blazer, high heels, and a red pencil-cut skirt Or because your husband is the quiet type, your heart may skip a beat when you meet an old college flame who has the makings of a talk show host.But wait! That's only 20% of what you don't have. Don't throw away the 80% that you already have! That's not all. Add to your spouse's 80% the 100% that represents all the years that you have been with each other. The storms you have weathered together.

The unforgettable moments of sadness and joy as a couple. The many adjustments you have made to love the other. The wealth of memories that you've accumulated as lovers. Adultery happens when you start looking for what you don't have. But faithfulness happens when you start thanking God for what you already have.

Adakah kita tidak berhak untuk ke atas org y memiliki paras wajah yg lebih menarik?

Pelbagai persoalan yang muncul di benak kita jika kita meletakan keupayaan kita, kelebihan kita yg mugkin satu kelebihan kita miliki, yang org lain tidak miliki.....

Sesunghnya kecantikan itu satu persoalan subjektif dan tersangat subjektif....

Dengan membeza kan diri sendiri dgn kelebihan org lain adakah kita mampu untuk menangung kesengsaraan diri.

Teater Srikandi Jauhar

Sinopsis Cerita

Entitled Srikandi Tanah Jauhar (The Heroine of Jauhar), The script is an original one written by playwright and author, Rahimah Muda, starring characters based on historical figures in Malaysia.Presented in a mix of drama, dance, music and poetry, the story weaves together two periods of Malaysia's history.
It is set in 19th century Johor, as told through the story of Bongkok (the hunchback); and the Malacca sultanate of the 16th century as portrayed through the story of the royal heroine, Tun Fatimah.Rahimah said the play's title symbolises the hero in everyone."Srikandi represents the heroine or warrior in all of us. It is not related to women, but men as well."Instead of fighting with weapons, she fought with courage and intellect," she said.The Bongkok segment deals with how the character hears about the story of Tun Fatimah, and becomes inspired to fight the colonist uprisings in Johor and Singapore.The Tun Fatimah segment deals with the crisis during her conflicts with the royal court of Sultan Mahmud Syah of Malacca.Rahimah, who has been actively involved in theatre for the past five years, wants the audience to draw their own conclusions from the play."It is performed in such a way for the audience to obtain knowledge, discuss and raise questions about the story. The audiences is free to interpret the script in their own ways," she said.Srikandi Tanah Jauhar is the work of over 60 people including actors, chorus members, dancers, singers, technical and stage crew.The participants are from theatre troupes Kesuma-i (Kasih Ehsan Selagi Umur Masih Ada- Insya Allah) and Awas (Anak Warisan Seni), the State Culture and Arts Department, Taman Seni Budaya Johor and Johor Heritage Foundation.The play is organised by southern region Dewan Bahasa dan Pustaka, with the co-operation of the Johor Theatre Council, RTM, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, English College and Johor Baru Puteri Umno.

Teater "Srikandi Tanah Jauhar" ni gabungan anta drama, muzik, puisi dan tarian. Berlatar Belakangkn 2 cerita sejarah antara Si Bongkok dan juga Tun Fatimah. Masing2 bersifat kepahlawanan yang mewakili semua pahlawna menentang penjajah dan musuh negara. best tgk teater ni tp yan gx best ble ad kanak2 ribena y berboran n memekak so mengangu kosentrasi menhayati teater ni.. huhu,,aper2 pun tahniah kepada Rahimah Muda kerana berjaya mengabung kan kedua-dua sejarah ni untuk menunjukan betapa Raja-raja Melayu dulu sering bertindak tanpa usul periksa dan selalu termakan dgn fitnah(Tun Fatimah)..dan betapa org melayu ni sering bertindak tanpa akal fikiran(Si Bongkok)...Tahniah jugak kepada semua pelakon teater "SRIKANDI TANAH JAUHAR"

Kursus Perancangan Perniagaan Prosper PUNB - Batch 069

Hai .. guys...

For your guys information 6, 7, dan 8 oktober yg lepas kirrule berpeluang mengikuti kursus PUNB di Hotel and apartment Delta Inn , di Wisma Mais Shah Alam. Kursus yg berlansung selama 3 hari 2 malam tu. Penuh dgn. taklimat, motivasi dan cara membuat Rancangan Perniagaan. Hari pertama sehari suntuk hari kami di penuhkan dgn Motivasi . malamnya pulak da mula dgn. Rancangan Perniagaan atau lebih dikenali sebagai RP.

Setiap Peserta wajib menyiapkan RP untuk dapatkn Sijil dari PUNB. So dalam masa 2 hari tu kami perlu menyiapkan RP dgn. bertungkus lumus akhirnya kirrule berjaya jugak menyiapkn RP kirrule terima kasih pada Faiz sb. bg kirrule pinjam lappy die untuk kirrule wat RP.

Pada ahad lebih kurang jam 8.10 mlm kirrule bertolak balik ker johor dgn faiz dan samapai di kulai pada 11.30 mlm.. Adoi seram giler dgn faiz bawak keta tu laju sgt2.. seram kirrule Alhamdullah kirrule sampai dgn selamat he3..ape2 pun kirrule harap PUNB akan meluluskan RP kirrule.. kawan2 doakn jugak kejayaan kirrule ok.. seronok dapat jmper kawan2 baru Kimi, Mat, Syada Fusion Currypuff, Scha, Bibi Food Paste, Faiz, Nuar Saudagar kain, Fizz design, Cipun n ramai lg yg tak di sebut semua kt blog ni. sampai sini jer entri kali ni ...

So ramai jgk bekas-bekas student STARP yang datang..ad jgk nmpk budak-budak batch aku yang datang. Hurm.. lau korunk tgk ad gmbr Que Haidar kn so die ni jgk merupakan bekas pelajar STARP yan gdatang pada hari tu. Lau uol nk taw MAWI tu pu datang nyer dari sekolah STARP... kre nyer diorg ni secara tak lansung mempopularkan sekolah aku yang da sememangnyer popular kat daerah Kulaijaya ni. Diharapkan pihak sekolah lepas ni buat majlis mcm ni dengan tarikh yang lebih baik supaya lebih ramai budak STARP'ians akan dapat turut serta.

Open House

Bila bercakap pasal Open House mesti time perayaan jer kan.. Tahun ni kirrule berkesempatan untuk ber'Open Huse' kt umah kirrule walaupun selalu nyer "Closed House. heheheh
So menu Open House kirrule pada aritu ialah Mee Rebus, Nasi Minyak, Nasi Himpit, Rendang Ayam, Ayam Masak Merah, Rendang Daging Tok, Kuah Kacang, Rojak Buah, Dadih, Kek Marble, Bubur Pulut Itam dan sedikit kuih muih. Ha.. bnyk kn rugi bol aper yang tak datang tu kan. ok ni adalh tetamu antara tetamau yang paling rul tunggu- tunggu ialah budak ni ilah org yang paling Istimewa dalam idup kirrrule... dia ni jgk ler yang selalu bg kirrule idup lau tak der die mgkin kirrule ni da tak idup kot huhu panjang citer die mls ler nk cter hehhehe bialah jadi rahsia kirrule jer.. ok
